The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a near record day with highs near 50. The record in Milwaukee is 52 from 2008. A weak cold front has pushed through the area and the cooler air is lagging behind a bit and will be here by this evening but lows tonight will only drop to 30.
High pressure will dominate the weather this weekend this sunshine and light NW winds and highs in the upper 30s..10 degrees above normal.
A warm front moves in Monday and highs get back into the low to mid 40s and it will be at least the mid 40s on Tuesday with lots of sunshine.
The next cold front will bring flurries to Milwaukee on Wednesday with highs in the mid 30s and highs in the 20s will be here by Thursday and through next weekend. It gets colder, but not frigid..just getting back to normal January weather. Still no measurable snowfall in the next week as storms keep tracking to the south and north.
