The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for sunshine, a light breeze and low to mid 40s...a perfect day for January in Wisconsin.  The normal high for today is 29...the record is 53 from 2007.

It will be a very warm night with lows in the low to mid 30s with just a few clouds and a light breeze.  With a warm start, means a warm day with highs in the mid 40s.  The record is 52 in 2008.  Friday will be a little different than today with more clouds in the afternoon and a stronger breeze at 10-15 mph out of the NW as a cold front passes through the area.

There is no cold air behind this front so temperatures only drop into the upper 30s for the weekend...that is 8 to 10 degrees above normal.  The sun will be out all weekend and the wind won't be too gusty..only 5-15 mph.

Highs get back into the 40s for Monday and Tuesday then a cold front brings clouds and a mixture of flurries and sprinkles for Wednesday.  It gets very windy Wednesday and Thursday and highs will only be in the 20s with a chance for snow.
