SERIOUSLY... THERE'S NO COFFEE?
MILWAUKEE Local news operation Today's TMJ4 canceled its morning show due to a failure in the coffee closet. "There's no *$#%^ coffee?" questioned Live at Daybreak Producer Diane Znamierowski (feature picture), shortly before 4 AM today.
Indeed there was no *$#^%$$# coffee because the *&&*$#@ machine was broken.
Regional Director of Engineering for Journal Broadcast Group Kent Aschenbrenner (pictured right) said in an early morning interview that a feeder line to the machines had sprung a leak."It's being *&%$! fixed!" Aschenbrenner stated. "I told you, we're on it," he continued. Aschenbrenner then hung up the phone after being reached at his home at 2:56 AM.
In order to maintain some order, Live at Daybreak Executive Producer Rob Lowry (pictured left) was busy brewing 2 cups of coffee at a time in his cubicle.
"I'm just trying to avert a riot," Lowry admitted. "I just don't want anyone to get hurt."
The Live at Daybreak crew plans to return to work after the coffee situation is rectified.
