No man wants to go to a baby shower, but since I had to, this was a good one.
As I've announced, my wife and I are having twins... soon.
Our generous friends here at Today's TMJ4 insisted on throwing us a shower. Ty Milburn and Diane Pathieu were the ringleaders. Ty told me at the onset, "I know you'll say no, so we're not asking you. Pick a date when we can do this."
So we did it last weekend. Diane hosted us at her condo party room, and I was truly touched by the turnout and generosity of my friends here.
I told them all that day, "Please don't mistake my lake of enthusiasm for a lake of gratitude."
So in case you're interested, I've included some pictures. The above is Susan and me on either side of Diane Znamierowski (we call her Dr. Z) our 5-6 AM producer.
