BAG CATCHES ATTENTION IN WORK FRIDGE
EMPLOYEE LUNCH BROUGHT IN VIC SECRET BAG
MILWAUKEE Employees at Journal Broadcast group were surprised and intrigued when they deposited their lunches in the break-room refrigerator.
"I was like, whoa. Somebody brought their underwear for lunch," said News Radio 620 WTMJ's Gene Mueller.
Many of the several hundred workers at the 720 East Capitol Drive location start their days by dropping off lunch or snack items in the company refrigerator. They were greeted recently by the two-toned pink bag, a trademark of the sexy lady clothes store Victoria's Secret.
"Most bags are pretty plain," Today's TMJ4 producer Sydney Gohring stated. "Some people don't even use bags; they just toss their loose items in."
Today's TMJ4 Meteorologist Craig Koplien noted it was unusual for someone to pack lunch in a bag that stirs strong reaction from people. "I'm embarrassed to even walk by that place in the mall, "Koplien stated. "Now I'm embarrassed when I open the fridge to get my diet Dr. Pepper."
Koplien did spend several hours waiting to see who might retrieve the bag, however he eventually got tired and went home.
