Baron Von Raschke is one of the most beloved wrestling "heels" ever. Bring up his name in AWA country, and you get an immediate response...all positive.
To this day, I remember getting up on a Sunday morning, watching wrestling with my Dad before church...and having him threaten to put the "claw" on me as I ran screaming around the house. Trust me, I probably deserved it...but it was all in fun.
Well recently the Baron came by the studio...and when I questioned his wrestling championship at the University of Nebraska, and how he couldn't compete as a Cornhusker in the Big Ten...things got a little ugly.
