Steven Seagal: Above the Law?
Someone Might Be Out For Justice
Back in college at Madison, it was an ultimate male bonding night. Go to Chi Chi's, load up on the refried beans, check out the Budget movie theatre...and check out the latest Steven Seagal.
I loved that every movie had a 3 word title (Above the Law. Hard to Kill. Marked for Death.) Simple. Straight forward. No messing around, like Seagal's style. After clearing out a pool hall in Out for Justice (on my count, hitting 10 dudes with a pool ball wrapped in a towel, pool cues and various martial arts moves), Seagal issues the immortal line, bad accent and all, as everyone is laying all over the bar:
"I'm going to keep coming around, until somebody remembers where Richie is."
Now, Seagal might be the one who thinks he's Above The Law. The actor the target of a sexual harrassment lawsuit, accused of trying to have sex with a personal assistant he hired.
She's Out for Justice. He's Under Seige. But will Seagal's career be Hard to Kill and Marked for Death? Or will he make an Executive Decision, to get out before he's On Deadly Ground?
Better yet, anyone seen Richie? Seagal might be looking for him again.
