Bucks assistant coach Bill Peterson toils somewhat in obscurity. But once you do his workout, you'll know how large of a role he plays in the Bucks success.
Recently at the Bucks Training Center, I went through about a 20 minute portion of what Peterson puts players like Jodie Meeks through. Hand eye coordination drills while dribbling a medicine ball in one hand and tossing a spongy ball back to Bill.
Then try leaping for a rebound, getting drilled, and still trying to make a shot.
And then dribble as hard as you can, while Bill pushes on your shoulders nearly as hard as he can.
Check out the workout on the video link. I still run 4-5 miles 3-4 days a week. But after 20 minutes of this, I was sweating and gassed!
