The Arrowhead Varsity Field Hockey Team traveled to St. Louis Labor Day weekend and came home as Gateway Classic Field Hockey Pool Champions. They played teams from Illinois, Missouri and Kentucky and had a great showing coming away with a 3 win, 0 loss, and 1 tie record, allowing only 3 goals to be scored on them the whole weekend.

In a related story, another shoutout to a team of 7th and 8th grade Lacrosse players from four different Waukesha County teams, pulling together and playing in the Lacrosse for Leukemia tournament in North Lake, Illinois. After just one 2 hour practice, the team played 5 games in one day against well established Illinois teams and won the championship.
