OFFICER PONCHERELLO JACKS UP LEN KASPER'S BOOTH
Working with Len Kasper here at WTMJ radio, I always knew he was a consummate professional.
I didn't realize how much so until Erik Estrada, aka "Ponch" from CHIPS fame, nearly sabatoged the Cubs broadcast late Monday night. The incident drew so much attention that I was asked about it right away on St. Louis radio....TUESDAY MORNING!
A brief synopsis...Estrada is in the booth talking about becoming a sheriff's deputy, and then makes a reference to watching a lot of 
child porn. And if that's not enough, Ponch also talks about Ron Jeremy's anatomy from their Surreal Life days.
I love Len's reactions....after the first incident, Len says "2 outs in the inning, Derrek Lee at the plate...and on a lighter topic!" After the Jeremy comment, Len just says "way more info than we need to know!"
