NO POSTSEASON FOR PACK

OK, THEY ARE MATHEMATICALLY ALIVE

  • Print
As the snow began to fall on Lambeau Field last night, it looked like a picture perfect postcard.

But this year's postseason picture won't include the Pack...barring a Christmas miracle.  I mean c'mon, if you can't beat another 5-7, warm weather, dome team on your home field....that gave you 4 turnovers...you don't deserve to be there in the first place.

Standup guys like Aaron Kampman, Charles Woodson, A.J. Hawk, Greg Jennings and Donald Driver refused to talk about the game afterwards in the locker room.  Mark Tauscher was nowhere to be found, and after suffering what's called a "significant" left knee injury, you wonder if he may have played his last down for the Pack.

And I could go on and on about the offense's inability to win a close game, the horrific 1-10 conversion rate on 3rd downs, Daryn Colledge blowing the blitz pickup that knocked the Packers out of FG range late, and the Texans pinned on the 3 yet the defense gift wraps a drive to get into field goal range...but why state the obvious?  It's time to start thinking about the postseason...as in retooling the Pack.
