RYAN'S HOPE

TACKLING TOWERS TO HELP A WORLD AWAY

  • Print

If you're an opposing running back, I don't think you want 300 plus pounds of Ryan Pickett making the tackle and landing on you.

But Pickett has a much bigger issue he's tackling a half a world away.  He's joined with the Green Bay based Acts 1:8 ministry to build water towers in Africa.

Pickett donates $1,000 for every 10 tackles.  That's huge...because a water tower only costs $500.  By the end of the year, Pickett and Acts 1:8 hopes to build 100 water towers.

This is serious.  It will help 75,000 people in Uganda have clean water.  More than 100,000 people die in Africa every year, just because the water supply is contaminated.

Please click on the video link to see what a huge impact Pickett is making.  And what you can do.  If you can help, just go to www. acts18.org or call (920) 494-2289.
