BRETT GOES BOOM SHAKA LAKA
The Bridge To Green Bay Just Got Blown Up

Think there's any chance that Brett Favre could've patched up that bridge to Green Bay? He didn't just light the stick of dynamite, he set off the whole powder keg with his blasts to Fox News Channel's Greta Van Susteren.
Among the nuggets:
Brett knows that people will think he's a traitor, but he claims it's not true. He says Packers brass told him playing wasn't an option, and they couldn't envision him playing anywhere else, basically saying that they can't see him playing period.
Brett follows it up with this blast: "They're concerned about my legacy. But they want to bring me back as a backup. That's really good." OUCH!
Favre also comes very close to saying the Packers, mainly GM Ted Thompson, lied to him...saying don't give me just half the truth, and saying Mike McCarthy told him on June 20th that they had "moved on."
In upcoming comments, Favre says he doesn't want to say Thompson lied to him, but untruth or whatever is better in not pursing a trade for Randy Moss, not keeping free agents Mike Wahle and Marco Rivera, and hiring Mike McCarthy over Steve Mariucci.
Surprisingly, Favre says Aaron Rodgers will do a fine job, and he feels bad for him that he's caught in the middle of this.
Sounds like it's one big dysfunctional Packers family to me.
