Wanna get in shape, but don't feel like exercising?
I know the feeling sports fans. I always wanted to play sports, but I never wanted to put the work necessary to play at a top level. I cut corners, and it showed.
Man, I'd play football, baseball or basketball all day long...but to go out and run, I thought that was slow boring torture.
These days, I run 4-5 miles about 3 or 4 times a week, and try to work out twice a week. It's tough with 3 kids, but I try to make it a priority.
