YOST STILL LEADING THE CREW

Despite the report by Badgerblogger.com, Ned Yost is still the manager of the Brewers. I talked to 3 different sources in the Brewers organization, and virtually all said the same thing...that they would have heard something by now if something was going on, and that they didn't think something was going to happen today. That's not exactly a ringing endorsement, but it makes sense. Ned's fate will likely rest against the Pirates and Nationals, two bottom feeders. The other thing that makes sense...GM Doug Melvin is driving to Nashville...if he were to fire Ned Yost, he wouldn't do it over the phone. But he is scheduled to re-join the team in Washington...so stay tuned! Emails at lallan@todaystmj4.com
