Crean Goes From MU To IU
Will He Be the Hoosier Daddy?

Indiana hasn't been a factor since the late 90's.
During the last days of Bobby Knight, the program was slipping into mediocrity. Under Mike Davis, the program was up and down. Kelvin Sampson tarnished the clean image of the program. And Dan Dakich? Not sexy enough for the Hoosier alums.
Now Tom Crean aims to restore the luster in Hoosier land. There will be pressure, and Crean will be under the gun like he never was here in Milwaukee.
I know some Marquette fans feel betrayed. But if I was a Golden Eagles fan, I'd be more worried about the next step...and the big shoes the next coach has to fill. This isn't your Mom & Dad's MU team. This is a team that has to recruit, that has to have a big name coach, and plays in the Big East.
Marquette might have a hard time finding someone to fit that bill.
