I still remember the words coming out of Mike McCarthy's mouth nearly 2 years to day... "We're here to compete for a championship." SAY WHAT? With Brett Favre pondering his future after a 4-12 season, and Ted Thompson gutting most of the roster in a bigger rebuilding project than most cared to believe, life in Packerland was murky at best. Spin ahead 2 years, and things are as clear as the blue sky. Sure, they're the youngest team in the league...but coming back from 14-0 down shows this team doesn't flinch, doesn't blink, doesn't panic...and they're wise beyond their years.
