And the Man Who Wrote The Book
Mike McCarthy proclaimed "we're nobody's underdog," and then went out and won a Super Bowl.
Now as one of the favorites, could he and the Packers do it again?
That remains to be seen, but we do have Rob Reischel, the man who authored the book "Mike McCarthy: Nobody's Underdog" on McCarthy's first 7 years in Green Bay and his bold declaration.
Rob is a good friend from the days that we knew each other at UW-Madison, and while I won't say how long ago that was, I will say that Rob's attention to detail and his storytelling ability on all things McCarthy from Green Bay to his native Pittsburgh is extraordinary.
