11 WIAA Titles. 23 Big Ten Championships. And 9 NCAA Titles.
Nobody in long distance running compares with Suzy Favor Hamilton in this state, and she's also one of the best this nation has ever seen.
But Suzy couldn't find the same success in the Olympics. As she admits, running three races...a heat, a semifinal, and a final...was something she wasn't used to, and it took a toll on her body.
Now with therapy, and the birth of her daughter Kylie, Suzy is giving others hope by talking about her shortcomings as a motivational speaker, and finding triumph out of tragedy.
