Super Bowl XLVI: Who You Got?
And Now A Packer-less Game Sinks In
Now that the Super hype is almost over, it really sinks in.
The Packers are not in Indy, and will only be reigning Super Bowl champs for a few more hours.
So now it's time to pick a side. Do you cheer for the Giants, using the Packers blue print from last year by getting hot at the right time? Do you pull for an NFC team because that's more what we know around these parts? Do you pick New York as the lesser of two evils, because of New England's past spy gate ways?
Or can you just not pull for the team that knocked the Pack out of the postseason, so you have to go with the Patriots? Or enjoy the way Tom Brady goes about his business?
As for me, New England's offense is impressive, and they have the motivation of the Giants ruining their perfect season in the Super Bowl four years ago.
But just like the Packers, the Patriots have problems in the back end. And Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks, Mario Manningham and Oak Creek's own Travis Beckum will make them pay.
The Giants D will do enough, in a 31-27 victory.
