Attendance is not great. The play in the NBA, sometimes less than stellar.
And we've been teased and disappointed by Bucks teams many times over the past 10 years.
But now fans, give them a break...and please give them your attention. They've earned it.
They've weathered a disasterous 0-5 West Coast road trip. Scott Skiles has won what could have been a divisive issue in the locker room with Stephen Jackson. And somehow, some way with a small lineup, they've outshot and outscrapped teams like the Heat and Lakers.
The Bucks are playing hard. Brandon Jennings is playing like his rookie year, and dare I say at an All-Star lineup. And right now they're just plain fun to watch.
Without Andrew Bogut or a presence in the middle, I have doubts about their long-term or playoff success. Just look at NBA history, it's littered with small teams that try to run and gun in the postseason and fall by the wayside.
But for now, they're playing well. They're playing inspired. And they're worth your time.
