I like to joke with Wisconsin play-by-play announcer Matt LePay that he's the 20-time and reigning Wisconsin Sportscaster of the Year.
But he has won the award 5 times for a reason...he's great at what he does, and has very good observations about the Badgers and the Rose Bowl.
I talk with Matt on how the scoreboard could blow up between the Badgers and Ducks, how this could be like the 1999 Rose Bowl when Wisconsin outscored UCLA's high powered offense, how turnovers should play a huge role and how Oregon's special teams, with 2 kick and 2 punt return TD's this year, is something to be feared.
