So The Badgers Are Sweet
Now How Far Can They Go?

In one bracket, I picked the Badgers in the Sweet 16, losing to Pitt.
In another, I have them going to the final four.
Making the Sweet 16 is right. But is more, to the Final Four, in store?
Now Jon Leuer missed two free throws late, but two things I specifically mentioned that would get Wisconsin to the Sweet 16, that they didn't have the last two years...came true.
One, they are the best free throw shooting team in NCAA history. And two, they don't turn the ball over. Both huge come tournament time.
Just like 3 years ago, Wisconsin beats Kansas State...to make the Sweet 16.
But in a weak regional, can they expect more? Could this be Bo Ryan's first Final Four, at the Division One level? Butler knocked out Pitt, and the Bulldogs are an experienced formidable foe. On the other side, Florida doesn't seem special, while BYU does have the special player in Jimmer Fredette...but the lost of Brandon Davies should hurt them against the bigger Badgers, if the two meet.
So what do you think? Will Butler end it? Can Wisconsin make the Final Four? Or do you have other thoughts? You can e-mail me at lallan@todaystmj4.com
