Mike McCarthy's new contract extension through the 2015 season puts him among the NFL's highest paid coaches, around $5.5 million per season.
But in his words, he's nearly a pushover when it comes to negotiations.
"I think I was probably an easy person to negotiate with because the organization knows I want to be there, and they're very happy with the program that Ted and I built. And it was a mutual understanding and mutual outlook on getting the contract done."
McCarthy hints that Green Bay will be home for a long time, maybe forever since his wife is from there. And it's where he says, he wants to go after his second Lombardi trophy.
