So the Packers are back in the NFC Championship Game. So will it be against the Bears, the biggest game EVER in the rivalry (the only other postseason matchup in the 1941 Western Division Championship not even close since the media glare was 1/10 the size) or the Cinderella Seahawks as the opponent?
Cullen Jenkins and Charles Woodson told me in the locker room after the game, that there's no way they want the same feeling they had 3 years ago to the Giants in the 2007 NFC Title Game.
Other items worthy of mention:
The 28 second quarter points, a postseason record.
The 48 total points, the 2nd most for a road playoff team.
0 punts. Tim Masthay should be fresh next Sunday.
Aaron Rodgers 10 TD passes in 3 postseason games, the best postseason start in NFL history.
His 31-36 passing an NFL single game postseason record for a QB with 35 attempts.
Four drives of 80 or more yards, and 5 straight offensive possessions that result in TD's? That's total domination.
Cullen Jenkins also told me in the locker room that he and some of his teammates felt disrespected when, as he put it, the Falcons fullback said he knew all our formations.
I'm sure Packers fans won't mind ol' Cullen getting disrespected more often if they play like that!
