Packers-Falcons Talk With The Rock
And A Prediction You Might Not Like
One of the best analysts in the business, Larry "The Rock" McCarren of the Packers Radio Network breaks down how the Falcons dominated both lines the last time, how Mike McCarthy has his guys playing with a chip on their shoulder, and if Packer Nation snapping up tickets in the ATL can help push the Pack to victory.
Click on the video link to hear Larry's expert analysis. As far as I go, since the last game was so close, even with the Packers short circuiting twice in the red zone twice, I could easily see the Packers winning it.
My gut says it just isn't quite going to happen. The Falcons don't make mistakes. The Packers defense allowed 4.7 yards per rush during the regular season, numbers you don't like to see when trying to tackle the human bowling ball Michael Turner.
Atlanta QB Matt Ryan says it all doesn't matter, except that his team has one more point than the Pack. And I think he's right...24-23 Falcons by the slimmest of margins. But when it's that tight, I freely agree that I could be wrong...and the Packers could also win by 3 or less.
