Madness At Media Day
Scout Team Players, Poor Punters and Lonesome Linemen
Rose Bowl media day has become just like its much bigger brother, the Super Bowl Media Day.
Sure, you don't have media from all over the world...but you do have bright lights, big time players and podiums, and little used, lonesome linemen, poor punters, and scout team players that only see the field in practice.
That's my target on media day.
Marcus and Michael Trotter both said coaches told them they'd never get interviewed. That's who I went for first. Punter Brad Nortman said I was his first interview of the day. And Ryan Groy sat against the wall with two of his lonesome linemen...but they couldn't escape me.
