I love the fact that big, tough, macho football players turn into 6-year-old kids when they visit a theme park like Disneyworld.
When the Badgers and TCU were honored by Disney at a press conference in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle, a pair of confetti cannons went off.
And Wisconsin safety Jay Valai nearly jumped out of the park. Afterword, Jay joked with me that if he was running a 100-meter dash, he'd have ripped off a 10.2 he was moving so fast.
Other notes...I enjoy LB Culmer St. Jean's take on TCU's defense. He says the Badgers defense feels like it has to go up against the Horned Frogs top ranked D. It's refreshing that even though they don't directly face off on the field. Most players would never admit that.
And it seems Wisconsin is relishing the role as underdog.
