If you want some positive news as you gather with family this Christmas Day, you don't want to miss my Positively Milwaukee Special. It airs Thursday at 5 p.m.
We'll revisit some special people we profiled this year. Highlights include, a father's moving tribute to his fallen Marine son, Wisconsin's first kidney transplant donor, Tae Kwon Do champions overcoming great odds, a former Police Racine police officer using books to combat crime, and the young woman who kept her calm as her uncle was being beaten with a tire iron. Her uncle just happens to be Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
