Carole Meekins: Positively Milwaukee

Packers star helps tackle a killer

  • Print

Coming up in a few weeks, Positively Milwaukee will be telling you about a local woman on a mission to combat an aggressive type of breast cancer.

Triple negative breast cancer is more likely to occur in African American women before the age of 40.   Dr. Regina Flippin is a local podiatrist now fighting the disease. Flippin is determined to raise awareness about this form of the breast cancer.

Dr. Flippin is a beautiful, energetic, positive, 42 year old survivor of triple negative breast cancer. I will share her inspiring story and her fight to save lives.

You will also find out how Packer great Leroy Butler is a key part of this battle. It's an effort that is Positively Milwaukee.
