Jim Cullen and I talk about the Northern Lights and Michael Fish's fear of thunder. Great times as always and we had so many laughs. I will cherish this Hey Brian because Cullen will be out for awhile after having surgery today. I will miss my friend and can't wait for his return so we can have many more hilarious moments together.

I'm nervous about this sports weekend. Badgers have not been tested (Nebraska way overrated) and now at Michigan State where they always struggle. Bucky's only loss last year was at home to Michigan State. This is a huge test for Wisconsin.

The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha, and SE Wisconsin is for a clear and cold night with frost likely inland and patchy frost along the lake with low sin the low to mid 30s. There is a frost advisory for the lakefront counties. The inland counties hit the freezing mark last night so the growing season is now over and no more frost advisories will be issued.

The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for the rain and drizzle to come to an end this evening with clearing overnight and less wind. The winds will diminish to around 10 mph, but it will be cold tonight with lows in the low to mid 30s. As a result, all the inland counties are under a Frost Advisory tonight. The lakefront is not under the advisory, but I will not be shocked to see patchy frost in Milwaukee and along the lake with lows in the mid 30s. It would be the first frost of the season for Milwaukee.

Lately Austin gets excited when I walk into a room. He points, smiles and even shouts at times, but tonight during my 6pm weathercast, Austin recognized me on TV for the first time. He pointed and shouted "dada, dada, dada!"

So far, 2011 NLCS is exactly like '82 World Series. The Brewers won Games 1 & 4, Cards 2 & 3.

I really hate the Cardinals. I have disliked them since the 1982 World Series, especially John Tudor. Brewers made a game of it tonight after a terrible first, but not enough. Go Crew!
