Morning Snow Has Melted

  • Print

The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for clouds, occasional drizzle or light rain and highs in the lower 40s.  About 1" of snow fell early this morning, and most of that has already melted across the area with the warmer temperatures.

Lows tonight will drop to near 30 with clouds and a SW wind at 10-20 mph.  It remains mostly cloudy on Wednesday with highs in the mid 40s before scattered light rain showers return late in the day and evening.  As temperatures drop Wednesday night, the precipitation becomes a rain/snow mix with little to no accumulation.

Temperatures will be back into the 40s on Thursday with scattered rain showers as a cold front moves through the state.  Friday will be colder and windy with highs in the 30s and light snow showers.  It continues to be windy and brisk on Saturday with highs near 30 and yet another rain/snow mix returns on Sunday.
