The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for snow the rest of the afternoon and evening with highs in the teens and a light breeze. Expect about 2-4" of snow by 6pm and an additional 1-2" up until midnight with the higher totals south of Milwaukee and less to the north. Most of the area will receive 2-4" of snow by later this evening.
With colder temperatures, road salt does not work as well so the roads will be slick today and tonight. Lows tonight will be in the single digits above 0 near the lake and below zero west of Waukesha.
Saturday will be partly to mostly cloudy with highs in the lower 20s and a few flurries and very light snow showers in the afternoon with a dusting of accumulation.
Sunday will be cloudy, foggy, mild and breezy with highs in the upper 30s and a rain snow mix throughout the day. Snow accumulations will be minor.
