2 Rounds of Rain and Snow
The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a light wintry mix of snow and freezing rain to move in after midnight. Less than an inch of snow is expected north of Milwaukee by Thursday morning. Temperatures will rise to near 32 by morning with a high of 42 by Thursday afternoon. The wintry mix will diminish before noon and then it will be cloudy and breezy the rest of the day.
The second storm system rolls in late Thursday night and will bring another round of rain/snow will about an inch of snow accumulation as lows drop to near 32.
The light snow/rain will taper off to drizzle Friday afternoon with clouds and fog and highs in the upper 30s.
Saturday will be party cloudy and mild with highs in the mid 40s and another storm system will bring light snow and gusty winds for Sunday. Highs will be in the mid 30s with winds gusting to 40 mph.
Next week starts out chilly with highs in the 20s and lows in the single digits...Janaury weather!
