Light Rain & Flurries Tonight and Tomorrow
The December thaw continues with a high of 44 today..the normal is 30 and Milwaukee is running an incredible 6.6 degrees above normal for the month. Today was the latest measurable snow, 0.1”, for Milwaukee back in 1888. So far this year Milwaukee has only had 1.2" of snow.
Temperatures remain above normal this week with the coldest day being Wednesday at 33, otherwise highs will be near 40 through the weekend. There are no big storms this week either. There is a chance for flurries and few scattered light snow showers on Tuesday followed by an Alberta Clipper system late Thursday with a slight chance of a rain/snow mix and a better chance for scattered rain/snow showers on Friday and Friday night. Any snow accumulations would be minor. Saturday night is dry to ring in the New Year.
