Dusting of Snow
The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for light snow to fall this evening with a dusting to less than a half inch of accumulation by the time it leaves the area before midnight. After the cold front passes late tonight, the sky clears and lows drop to the mid 20s in Milwaukee and teens west of Waukesha…at least the wind will be light.
Friday will be sunny and seasonally chilly with highs in the mid to upper 30s with a light SW wind.
Clouds increase Friday night with the next storm system and lows will be near freezing with a slight chance of a rain/snow shower toward morning. Rain is likely throughout the day on Saturday with highs in the mid 40s. The precipitation will become a rain/snow mix Saturday night and change to light snow on Sunday with minor accumulations and highs in the 30s and wind chills in the 20s. Sunday afternoon will become sunny.
Next week is sunny and quiet, but cold with highs in the upper 20s to lower 30s and lows in the teens a few nights. The December chill has arrived, but still no big snow.
