Still Windy & Much Warmer
The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a big warm up and a lot of wind. After highs in the lower 30s on Thursday and wind chills in the teens, a gusty SW wind today up to 40 mph will warm us up to near 50.
Clouds increase tonight as the storm system moves into the state with lows in the 30s.
Saturday will be cloudy and mild with highs in the lower 50s and a gusty southerly wind up to 30 mph. There will be scattered showers, especially in the afternoon and evening for the deer hunters. Areas north of Wausau will have a rain/snow mix during the day and then change to all snow late in the day and overnight. The Northwoods can see 2-7” of snow by Sunday morning..the heaviest amounts near the Upper Peninsula.
Sunday will be sunny and much cooler with highs in the lower 40s.
Going to the Packer game, it will be near 32 with wind chills in the teens for tailagating..a few flurries are even possible. It will be sunny and 36 during the game with wind chills in the 20s.
