Brian Gotter: Welcome Back, Gotter

Morning storms...muggy day

  • Print

After two rounds of morning storms that caused wind damage and our first significant rain in over 2 weeks with 0.5” t0 1” of rain, the rest of the day is warm and very humid with highs in the mid 80s.  If the sun comes out, we could easily get into the upper 80s and that heat and humidity will cause a few scattered t’storms to develop this afternoon..nothing like this morning!

Tonight will be warm with lows near 70 and humid but the cold front will shift the winds to the NW and bring drier air into the region.  Highs on Tuesday will be in the upper 70s along the lake and lower 80s near Waukesha and lower humidity.  There is still a slight chance of a pop up shower in the afternoon, but most of us remain dry.

Wednesday will be sunny, cooler and less humid with highs in the 70s.

Thursday is mostly sunny and in the 70s with a slight chance of a shower by evening with a warm front that brings the 80s and humidity back to Milwaukee for Friday and the weekend.
