Brian Gotter: Welcome Back, Gotter

We deserve this great holiday weather

  • Print

A perfect 4th of July with sunshine, low humidity, a light breeze and highs in the 80s.  A light lake breeze has developed and temps will drop into the 70s near the lakefront this afternoon.  This evening will be ideal for watching fireworks with temps in the 70s, a light breeze and a clear sky.  The only issue will be mosquitoes since the breeze will be light.

Lows tonight will be in the mid 60s and Tuesday is back into the 8os and more humid thanks to a light westerly breeze.  A lake breeze will develop after highs reach the lower 80 along the water…inland areas will be in the upper 80s with a slight chance of late afternoon T’storms.

The chance for scattered T’storms increases in Milwaukee by evening and especially overnight with sticky lows in the 60s.

There is still a slight chance of pop up T’showers on Wednesday, but it will be less humid and highs near 80 with a light NE breeze.

Thursday and Friday are cooler and beautiful with highs in the 70s.  The humidity and 80s return for Saturday and Sunday with scattered T’storms.
