Brian Gotter: Welcome Back, Gotter

Lake fog, everyone else fog

  • Print

A light east wind returns today and is creating two completely different forecasts for SE Wisconsin.  Along the lakefront, highs will struggle to hit 60 with patchy dense fog while areas just a few blocks inland are sunny and mild.  Waukesha and areas west will be in the mid to upper 70s with beautiful sunshine today.

There is a slight chance of a T’shower after 7pm, but T’storms are likely after midnight and heavy rain is expected at times along with fog and lows in the upper 50s.  Early in the week Saturday looked great, but now a warm front and a slow moving storm will keep Milwaukee cloudy and humid with showers and T’storms on and off throughout the day and highs in the 60s along the lake and 70s inland.

Sunday will have more sunshine for Father’s Day, but a light east wind keeps us stuck in the weather pattern we have had all week…60s along the lake and mid 70s inland.  There is a slight chance of an afternoon shower on Sunday, but most of the area stays dry.

Monday is cloudy and cool with highs in the 60s and a warm front brings 80s, humidity and T’storms on Tuesday and Wednesday before another cold front arrives on Thursday.

Have a great weekend everyone, especially all the dad’s!
