I wrote a blog yesterday about The Grafton Bowl and how it is going through ownership changes but I was holding out for a deal for my friends that have worked there for decades.
The bowling alley is closed for the summer for renovations and many of us believed that a deal would be made during this time...maybe in July, but word ran through Grafton quickly last night. Unfortunately, there will be no deal!
I feel terrible for my friends Goody and Katy and their families. It is just another example of greed that kills great family businesses and the families involved.
What a hopeless feeling!
