Wow, do I ever feel blessed.

I had a second baby shower over the weekend... and it was just beautiful!

My friend Meg threw it for me at her house in Oak Creek.  She had come by my place a few weeks ago to ask when would be a good time to throw it since my work schedule would make it impossible for the party to be a surprise!

True 'dat!

So Meg and her husband Jesse whipped up a fantastic brunch last Sunday, before I had to go into work.  Taylor and Ashley came along with me and we celebrated with a fantastic group of women that I've come to know through my book club.  I could have spent the entire afternoon with these chicks.  I really enjoy spending time with them!

Besides the company, the food was also great!  Bacon, sausages, an egg bake, sweets, fruit... the spread was first rate.

Our baby boy received more lovely gifts...

But more importantly, our family received the gift of generosity and kindness.

Something we won't soon forget!   Thank you Meg and Jesse!
