Madeline, Gabrielle, Alex, Ella, Max, and Olivia star in our station promotion for Children's Fest Day at Summerfest.

Every year, Susan and I take part in our annual promotion of this fun day at Summerfest. This year, we brought the kids. Susan's oldest, Madeline, did the most talking and did a real nice job of it. She carried the children's portion of the effort.

Max and Livvy aren't quite ready for speaking roles, and we were lucky to get a shot at all where one of them wasn't in melt-down. Note in the picture, Olivia not enjoying herself. I think maybe Susan wasn't enjoying herself at the moment either. The other picture is of Clark and Jim our promo guys trying to get 6 kids to look at the camera. Nice try boys.

Nonetheless, the trouble was worth it. Turned out pretty nice, and Ella said it this morning, "Mom... I was finally on T.V."
