Wisconsin is not proving to be the battle ground state it was cracked up to be.

The swing state has swung. Barring the unforeseen, Wisconsin will vote for Barack Obama. That's not to say it can't go the other way, but the polls have Obama up by double digits in the Badger state, and you can pretty much tell both campaigns are putting their resources elsewhere.

More than a week ago, the Republican National Committee quit running ads here. They didn't think their guy could turn the tide.

Meanwhile, we haven't seen either candidate campaign here for some time, nor will we. Neither campaign plans to produce either the Presidential or Vice Presidential candidates in Wisconsin before the election.

Here's how you know at least the Obama campaign has painted Wisconsin blue, they're dispatching Joe Biden's sister on the campaign trail. I wouldn't know, but it's quite possible Valerie Biden-Owens is a lovely lady... just not someone an undecided voter would likely go visit days before the election and have his/her mind made up.

This just in... appearing the day before the election will be some guy who once bumped into John McCain in the hallway outside the Senate Chamber.
