And this genius actually thought it was a good idea to show up to court twice while he was intoxicated. Twice! The judge actaully had to cancel the hearing for the day and send everyone back home so Scott could sober up. Here is the latest story we did on Scott.
The responses to these deadbeat stories is always overwhelming. Some like the stories. Some don't. I aprpeciate everyone who writes. I've decided to share a couple of the emails with you. Hi John, My name is Michael and my wife Anna and I watched the heartwrenching story of the little girl and her "deadbeat" dad. If there is anything we can do for this girl please let us know. Your story bothered us a lot. My kids are so loved -- we have a daughter 16, son 11, and daughter 4 -- and when I see children who are not loved, it is very sad. If she and her mom need any financial help or just a family that remembers the little girl on her birthday or Christmas, let us know. She needs to know that there are peope who really care about her. Keep up the good work!

My second email to you personally and hopefully will bear some fruit. I understand your crusade against dead beat dads. As a single father never married I have never missed a support payment or a visitation. In fact, I fight in court everyday to see my child as much as possible. It really concerns me that you continue to profile dead beat dads when the laws are so biased. Please, check the state laws before you unilaterally condemn. Fathers have no legal rights, period. If the mother chooses to keep the child from the other parent she can legally do so, and if this is the case then why should someone give 20% of their income. Logically, one should see their children and at the very least their long term investment. Please, do a counter story pertaining to father's rights. Your unilateral coninued assault sickens me................Dr. M K
