Mercure UncutPuppymill update 7/12/07By John MercureHere are the links to a couple of the stories we did on puppymills in the spring. The Wisconsin State Senate and State Assembly could soon begin considering a new Pet Facilities Law. This is a bill that would regulate or shut down Wisconsin puppymills. Now is the time to contact your state legislators. Make sure they know how you feel about this. You can also call State Senator Alberts Darling. She is the primary author in the senate. And you can call State Rep. Tom Lothian. He is spearheading the effort in the assembly. I am still getting phone calls and emails from you about this puppymill issue. Here are a few emails I've gotten just this week.... Thank you for giving a voice to the countless thousands that cannot speak for themselves. All they ask is for love & a good home. We need to protect these loving souls. We are all God's creatures!
Please keep up the good work!
Cris
