But I guarantee he'll want to at some point...and that point might be sooner rather than later. Here's the deal. Brett's brother Scott told me in an interview that Brett needed a little more time to feel comfortable in his surgically repaired right arm. He basically didn't feel like he could last 16 games, and didn't want a repeat of last year. Will that be a month away? Two months away? Again, that's anyone's guess. But I know that Favre will continue to work out....and be ready...and feel better down the road. And just think...when the Vikes get off to a slow start. And they're not happy with either Sage Rosenfels or Tarvaris Jackson. Guess who they break glass in case of emergency?
