Are These Guys Everywhere or What?

It occurred to me yesterday (because I watch too much TV) that there are a lot of commercials for Geico Insurance.

And I mean a lot in terms of how often they are on...and in terms of how many separate ad campaigns they are running simultaneously.

These first 2 are in heavy rotation right now:

There's the Geico Gecko...

...and the eyeball-money-stack...with the Rockwell song, "Somebody's Watching Me".

Then it occured to me that this is the same company that has/had been heavily invested in the cavemen campaign.

While searching for the photos above, I came across the photos of another campaign which featured famous people telling the story of "regular" people who got a good deal on their insurance...

And there are also a couple Geico spots featuring this guy as sort of a dorky, executive spokesman-type guy...

I haven't seen the cavemen, the famous-people-with-regular-people, or dorky executive-guy commercials for a while, but the gecko and eyeball-money-stack are all over the place.

It strikes me as odd that a company would be running (at least) 2 separate ad campaigns in such heavy rotation at the same time.  Maybe it's not.

Anyway, as someone who works in an industry that makes its money from advertisers, I say "bring it on Geico"!  Let's see that gecko and eyeball-money-stack on TV as much as possible!

And more cavemen!
