Ali wanted to be a pirate and she was adorable...Tina always does a great job dressing her up and she out did herself once again.  Unfortunately it was 40 and very windy so like most Halloweens, kids costumes were covered by coats.  What are you?  A kid from Wisconsin.  Aaarrrrrrr!
