We have seen snowflakes in SE Wisconsin a few times over the past few weeks, but no accumulation yet.  As we know it is just a matter of time...in fact this Friday is the average date of Milwaukee's first accumulating snow of the season.  We will see snow showers on Friday, but we will not need to shovel or have the plows clearing the streets.

With that said, it is a big day in Wisconsin today....Snow Plow Appreciation Day.

Today is the day to be appreciative of the nearly 3,000 men and women that clear our roads over the long winter months.  A big Thank You to each and everyone of you..but come that first snow and I just finished clearing my driveway and then you plow it shut again...I will be giving you something else...kidding.
